Dear Supporters and Friends of Susan Marie,
On Monday of this week Judge Crane set a date for a hearing for Susan Marie's motion to set aside the previous improper sentencing.
The hearing will be December 1 and will continue on December 2 if necessary. He will hear the arguments on both sides as well as testimony from witnesses.
The hearing will take place in Judge Cranes courtroom in Saginaw Michigan.
We are very encouraged by Judge Cranes decision to hear the arguments and that he has changed his calendar to accommodate the hearing.
We are very hopeful Susan Marie will be able to be home for Christmas.
