Supporters are now asked to begin a letter writing campaign to the Saginaw County Prosecutor.
Dear Friends & Supporters
The Saginaw County prosecutor will soon be filing a response to Judge Crane regarding the re-sentencing hearing for Susan Marie. Prosecutor Thomas requested a 30 day extension and the new deadline is October 10.
We need your help again with a letter to Prosecutor Thomas, respectfully urging him not to oppose the re-sentencing hearing. We are asking that he recommend to Judge Crane the terms for re-sentencing should be no more than credit for time served.
This request has been approved by Alan Walsh and Susan Marie's attorneys.
